GGPO® Clear FL690H 150 MICRONS

GGPO Greenhouse Film (Model FL690H) is a 5-layer blown polyethylene film with a thickness of 150 microns. It is specially designed for all types of single-span and multi-span greenhouses, as well as polytunnels. Utilizing the latest PO coating technology, the film provides long-lasting anti-drip performance throughout its service life, helping to maintain optimal light transmission and growing conditions.

Advantages of GGPO film compared with PE film:

Longer Anti-Drip Time:

The anti-drip effectiveness lasts throughout the entire service life of the film, while conventional internally-added anti-drip films typically lose their anti-drip performance after only 4–7 months.

Longer Life time:

When the same UV stabilization additives are used, PO films provide a longer service life than conventional polyethylene films.

Higher Light Transmission:

Unlike conventional additive-based anti-drip films, PO films utilize a corona-treated surface combined with an advanced hydrophilic coating. This technology provides lifetime anti-drip performance synchronized with the film's service life.
The higher metallocene content further improves transparency, strength, and weather resistance, allowing the film to remain bright and highly light-transmissive throughout its lifespan.

Mechanical Strength:

PO films are not affected by anti-drip additive migration requirements during formulation, allowing for enhanced mechanical strength and improved durability.

Material controll:

100% Virgin Material, no recycled material used.
hydrotalcite, coating liquid, dust and algae prevention additives are all imported from Japan.

Installation Instructions:

  • It is recommended to install the film in the early morning or late afternoon.
  • In winter, the film should be installed with slightly higher tension; in summer, it should be installed slightly looser to allow thermal expansion.
  • All internal steel structures must be properly anti-corrosion treated. The use of rusted steel pipes is strictly prohibited.
  • The greenhouse structure should have a reasonable installation angle, avoiding sharp bends, dead folds, or low sagging areas.
  • During installation, avoid repeated friction on the film surface to prevent damage.
  • Pay attention to the correct orientation of the film; the installation direction is opposite to that of internally-added anti-drip films.
  • The relative humidity inside the greenhouse should be maintained at above 70%, otherwise water spotting or “water film marks” may occur on the film surface.
